Batch Approvals

Streamline your bill approval process and pay multiple bills at once with our new Batch Approvals feature, allowing you to approve several bills in a single action within Tola.

This feature is available when using Batch Scheduling; simply tick the boxes next to the bills you want to batch pay, and all bills requiring approval will be highlighted, allowing you to approve them all in one action before payment.
